I wouldnt want to immigrate to either of those countries. But I understand what youre saying. Most countries have very strict requirements for immigration. A person needs to be a certain age, have enough capital, an education or trade/ skill prescribed by the country.
It is also often the mothers of these girls that insist that their daughters should be " circumcised" because they, the mothers, think that no man would want these girls if they are intact, and the newly husbands will divorce the non circumcised girls.

Once again, a portion of humanity acts horribly based upon their hubristic assumptions that they can improve upon NATURE… i.e., upon GOD’s own design of the human body.
That disrespect of DIVINITY comes from the Darkness of the Human Essence that resides in our Egos. Our Spirits need to be strong enough (nurtured by Virtues such as Compassion, Kindness, Humility, etc) to counterbalance and leash our unevolved savage Egos, but the reality of our species dictates that different cultures evolve towards the LIGHT on different timetables, and some not at all.
A GOOD government would adamantly protect its more evolved citizens from less evolved ones, while empathically educating, encouraging, and assisting those less evolved to move upwards towards the LIGHT.
Under NO circumstances, would a GOOD government allow the additional influx of devolvedf oreign cultures into the living spaces and homes of a culture that has, through its own painful struggles over time, evolved to a higher plane.

I often wonder why those who oppose FGM are pro sex change/transitioning surgery for underage children. Is it because they believe that if the surgery is done by a "doctor", then it's ok? Sounds par for the course. The US and Canada go out of their way trying to make visitors feel at home by creating signs in both languages (English and French) that are closest to the borders. However, illegals often don't want to learn English. There are also so many programs that teach English as a second language, usually Spanish and English as well as computer programs, etc. to teach you how to travel when you don't speak the language.

No human is illegal BUT they are in the US and other countries if they don't pay to
