I'm on Naomi's side, but I'm not sure what sexuality has to do with this. Being trans or cis has nothing to do with being sexually active; that's a different discussion. I agree that there's corporate money funneled into the LGBT movement (of which I'm a member) that we should be wary of.
One thing that STILL distinguishes male and female that can not be changed! You have it created or chopped off but that still does not change from what you were born with.
The pelvic area of a male and female is totally different, so if an Xray was required - all and sundry would know straight away.
