I believe nature is the ultimate healer however let's not pursue foundational losers that none of our trusted professionals and their substacks believe, ie that there are no viruses. It's ok to say they are inscrutable and that the tests are totally reliable but people so afflicted can be accurately diagnosed as having a virus in their bodies. Pierre Kory, AMidwesterndoctor, Robert Malone, Peter McCullough would all reject the no virus premise.
What absolutely unscientific nonsense - I have worked in laboratories for almost 40 years with these fraudulent experiments in vitro and in silico as it was my livelihood at the time - so I can say 100% that there are NO “viruses”, NO “pathogenic bacteria” or any other so-called “pathogen”!!!! Doctors of any license are NOT scientists and even so-called scientists who do not have the appropriate training and whose character is not impeccable can and should be forgotten immediately!!!! And who is Kirsch??? Does he have any competence? NO, just as little as all the others who have supported this lie and have been guilty of this mass murder without ifs and buts!!!

Whatever it was that made me sick with covid was super weird and unlike anything I have felt before. Poisoning comes to mind. Environmental toxins, et al.

Please note that in Australia pharmaceutical companies cannot advertise direct to consumers but what happens is, the government (read that taxpayers) fund the advertising and the advertising directs consumers to their doctors who of course are lobbied/dined/etc by pharmaceutical companies.
Just a suggestion. I would love it if you would do what Dr. Mercola does on his site. He has long articles or long podcasts but he provides bullet points for each one so that the reader or listener can choose to decide whether they want to make the time to listen to the whole thing. There are a lot of good things out there to listen to, but realistically, who has time to spend more than an hour listening to One podcast. Bullet points please. And then those who have the time or the inclination or the interest to take in the whole thing may do so. But those of us who don't would still get the jest of what is being discussed.
I watch TV very little, but what I have noticed lately is the ads for new drugs, the side effects they list are all about immune system suppression. The thing is the terminology is changed for each one. If you aren't familiar with healthcare one won't spot that they are all the same immune system depression.
Because the "illnesses" they are addressing are autoimmune, e.g. crohn's, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, where you attack yourself. Ergo, let's suppress the immune system.....listen to the warnings: do not take if you have recently had a vaccine or a recent infection and more.
