Most people don’t know about “connective tissue disorders” either that have a lot to do with the lack of collagen in the body because your connective tissue holds your organs in place and keep your skin and soft tissue strong in the body. One is called: ADS. More — including medical professionals need to become fluent with syndromes, symptoms and rare diseases like ADS. Check out MCAS and the trifecta which is overall an environmental illness and one in six people have it and don’t know it, are mid-diagnosed, or not diagnosed at all.

Good talk, but too much emphasis on evolution. We can adapt, but not evolve. We are created in the image of God, but we are Not God. Too much of what is causing our falling health etc. is the arrogant hubris of the technologists.

As far as the digital monitors go, I use the pedometer built into the iPhone, but only as an approximation of the miles I have covered and don't trust it to be exact. Same with the CPAP machine: the hours it tracks are around the actual numbers but not exact in my opinion.

So they can be useful tools, but nothing to rely on. Same with AI, with the added problem that Somebody has to program them: are you willing to trust a person you have no idea what their guiding principles are direct your life?

A recent study showed that habitually using AI for writing 'dumbs down' brain power for the tasks AI has taken over. I am hoping AI will have a payoff in terms of giving societies time to reconnect with nature as a lifestyle and not just a daily walk in the park. I think wearables can be useful, and can help to develop healthy habits, but like any crutch the ideal would be to function well without them. The Hazda people in Tanzania, are strong and fit, they are sedentary as much as we are, they don't sit instead they kneel or crouch which burns more calories than simply sitting. The downside of their natural way of life is that every day is a harsh fight to obtain food and survive, they don't plan for the future, beyond the next day. Modern conveniences would be a benefit to them and extend and save lives. On the other side, we have moved way out of balance, AI could be used to bring us back, if we don't succumb to making it our master. Tripe is full of collagen, many dislike the odor which can be neutralized with precooking in water, vinegar and vanilla, and then used in dishes such as Roman Tripe.

Problem is after you place an order with Native Path you get bombarded with texts and emails and it took a month of me asking them to stop for them to finally stop. No more business with Native Path for me!
