Hi Dr. Wolf, thanks for a fun show & tell. About A2 milk….A1 & A2 are 2 slightly different types of beta-casein, a protein found in milk. Most dairy animals used to be A2 in the past but were slowly bred out to be A1 beta-casein protein. I think possibly (would need to research a bit more) because the A1 animals were more productive (?). A2 casein is supposed to be more easily digested than the A1 casein.

There are numerous articles about the A2 beta-casein on the internet.

About the clarified butter—ghee…..we buy it bulk thru Azure Standard a wonderful family owned food buying club.

We buy 7.5 lbs tubs of it & put in the freezer & take out a jar full at a time to use daily. Ghee is pure butter oil with the milk solids & water slowly cooked off.

Thank you for your excellent reporting.

I am excited that you recommended real whole food. Grandfather had farm that was the real food. Everything today tastes like chemicals which is terrible. Even my dog was given store bought lettuce wouldn't touch it, ate all my vegetables. Going to try to pickle batch of beets from farmers market haven't done it in years along with fermented cabbage, German. Thanks for the tip on local growers. Eat what is in season and can it for later on. Hear they have said eat also what is in DNA ancestor homeland. Always give thanks to the spirit of what you are eating along with the good microbes from healthy soil. Mother Earth will thank you in good health. Naomi please keep up your good works all over the Earth, walk in beauty path way. Check out the Navajo Traditional Teachings on YouTube very uplifting, Wally Brown beautiful Elder.

Love hearing about Farm Match! ANYthing that helps the farmers.

BTW, the Rockefeller oil-based medicine shifted medicine to the allopathic medicine we have in charge of our “healing” today - at the time, all hospitals were homeopathic hospitals. Homeopathy is still alive and well — some of the most efficient and inexpensive medicine around. All it takes is a homeopath and a $8 bottle of remedies. It’s why they’ve tried so hard to bury it.

That brings back good memories: grew up on a dairy farm; we saved a couple of gallons each day. The cream on the top in the morning was about 2 or 3 inches thick. That was in the late fifties-early sixties.

One of my chores was churning butter from the collected cream. It was work, but the results were likely much like you described. Lasted about two weeks in the refrigerator.

Read Scott Lively Ministries essay, In Defense of Israel, that just came out. He's a minister as well as a lawyer and very bright, loves Trump!

Some farms will separate out the colostrum because that is best for the calves. But some farms sell colostrum and this has all the antigens to make the babies resistant to diseases. I love it but few farms in VA include the colostrum. I buy ghee and use it in almost all my cooking. They heat the butter until the solids rise and that is separated and the remaining ghee is great for cooking. When I cannot use ghee I use avocado oil as it smokes less and better for you than any of the seed oils or peanut oils.

I take colostrum everyday as a supplement! I have mentioned it to people and they laughed at me! It's also great for digestion. If you must eat peanuts, it should only be Jungle peanuts and nut butter as they have no aflatoxins in them. Too many people don't know the truth!

People natural rearing puppies sometimes use colostrum, or transfer factor (a component in colostrum) to support the immune system while they become immune from exposure.

A2 is type of cow the milk and cream comes from. People with allergies to milk can usually use A2. Most cows are A1. The cream you got is like clotted cream. Creme fraiche is like sour cream.

Yes, A2 and/or raw milk, especially the A2 variety! It makes coffee so much richer too!

Harry Chapin remarked at one of his concerts, we could solve the food crisis in a very short time by actually talking about it all through K-12 by canceling many of the classes, instead of giving away crappy canned food, bag after bag! He also said we could probably feed the whole world at least six times over. There shouldn't be a problem at all! IMHO, it's government issues and regulations!

We already know how to solve the food supply crisis. You all are burning 1 Billion pounds of corn, wheat, soy and sugarcane, each year, just in the U.S., as Ethanol in gas tanks. Then, you waste 30M acres of land, and $40B in bailouts to do it. In Brazil, they just burn down the forest to plant Sugarcane for Ethanol. What would be the price of corn if they eleminated its use for Ethanol? $0.00. Zero. Nothing... And, that's just "the start" of the scam.... https://teslaleaks.com/f/biofuel-vs-food-eco-terrorists-protect-ethanol-block-lithium
