The elites know this. The biggest made-up conceptual permutation of money is debt-as-money, and we have reached the effective limits of the debt based money system.
Global indebtedness is impossible to calculate, one can reasonably assume global cumulative debt to be over a quadrillion dollars. This is not counting derivatives exposure, which passed the "quad" mark during the 2008 financial crisis. Total debt? The number is too big, but we can know that it is an extinction-level threat.
The elite know this. And so, they have a plan. Get rid of money, and replace it with a digital credit system. It cannot even be called money. It is essentially a ration system based on an AI derived "social credit score".
This is coming in spades. Faster than anyone can imagine. The "CBDC" system, or "crypto" system, or (lol) "private stable-coin" system is simply one globally interoperable AI-driven ration system.
For the system to work, every human will have to have a digital ID. The only digital ID that is immune to hacking, spoofing, counterfeiting, theft, loss, or deliberate abandonment is a quantum-dot, graphene oxide microdot tattoo that communicates in real time with 5G or greater microwave systems and is connected to a personal blockchain set top for every human being.
The tattoo is permanent. It cannot be erased, turned off, or abandoned. Perhaps the only method of erasure will be to surgically remove the entire patch of skin in which the tattoo is embedded.
Anyone who refuses to receive this tattoo, this "mark", will be shut out of the global economy. They will not be able to buy or sell. They will not be able to log on the internet. They will not be able to drive a car. They will not be able to vote. They will not be able to use public transportation. Such people will be completely shut out of modern society at every level.
Worse, they will be branded as terrorists, criminals, godless paragons of social destruction. They will be scorned, hated, feared, and shunned by everyone who has received the mark. The levels of persecution, murder, and detainment of these people will be severe, and will be applauded by everyone. This calls for patient endurance of the saints, for these people are the true followers of the God of Love.
The number of Christians among the saints will be few. Those who resist the Mark of the Beast will be from every race, religion, class, ethnicity, and nation. The only thing that brings them together is their ability to live by faith in the God of Love.
As for gold, gold will not help anyone. The only way a person's gold will be useful for trade is if the gold is converted into digital credits. There will be no black market. Why not? Because all back markets depend on the ability to convert contraband into the commonly used medium of exchange. If you offer me an ounce of gold for a loaf of bread, I will say no. Why? Because what am I going to be able to do with the gold? If I offer to exchange to to a licensed gold dealer, the AI-driven system will ask me for the gold's certificate of provenance. Oops. No provenance, and I am exposed to criminal charges. I can't take your gold. The same goes for any sort of contraband, drugs, guns, etc. The digital system will utterly destroy any ability to operate a black market.
