HELP- one can become more stressed, more fearful, more confused. This can cause folks to have deeper amygdala hijack symptoms (fight or flight) and wish to retreat deeper into escapes e.g. completely unrelated (say hobbies etc.) activities where one's efforts produce tangible results and dopamine/calming pleasure. It would be very helpful to have a "can do" list or reference site so that concerned people have a place to go and actions to take germane to being part of a solution.

It is about resisting the open borders, NATO expansion a remaining sovereign. Or become in the 1984 and Brave New World combo, a version of “ Eastasia” Eurasia as a single entity.

Brian and Naomi, great focused analyzes of the current omnibus bill. For many years I’ve been watching and talking about the once great house and senate remove itself from actual governing. Not so many years ago each side would express their ideas, a debate would ensue, and usually the best stronger most positive thoughts would rise to the top and the country would benefit with the best legislation. Now it seems we have a complete dysfunctional governance. There is no debate, no ideas brought forward, we don’t even no who wrote this bill.???? A once great republic that debated ideas, has been split between an empire, where the king rules with dozens of executive orders that have monstrous shifts in policy, and a house and senate that is all to willing to hand its power over to a outside third party. This removes the constitutional basis of for the people and by the people. These major changes, to me, shows the house and senate to be lazy, insignificant solons that just fill seats, collect their checks, and skim as much money off the massive omnibus bills from lobbyists and insider trading. They no longer legislate for their constituents. We have become an empire ruled by a king and outside elites. It is no longer a representative government. The congress and senate have willingly allowed the 330 million citizens to be ruled by the new king and these outside elites. In many ways I feel this country survives on its past. Without debate, new fresh ideas, and true representative government America will be swept into the dust bin of history. This insane deficit spending, that only benefits the elites, is the new biggest threat to this country. They don’t even mention how this football stadium sized pile of hundred dollar bills is going to be funded. I feel deep inside of myself, our country quickly methodically and day by day being sold off, and overrun by charlatans and invading barbarians such as the fall of Rome. J.Goodrich

We met at Belvedere, CA earlier this year. Thank you for your essential work and the energy you expend to do it and bring truth to us.
Through your cooperative efforts and revelations we now learn of the insidious and purposeful morphing of our world in the 4000-page Omnibus Bill. HELP- one can become more stressed, more fearful, more confused. This can cause folks to have deeper amygdala hijack symptoms (fight or flight) and wish to retreat deeper into escapes e.g. completely unrelated (say hobbies etc.) activities where one's efforts produce tangible results and dopamine/calming pleasure. It would be very helpful to have a "can do" list or reference site so that concerned people have a place to go and actions to take germane to being part of a solution.
On hearing things such as was just presented, sometimes if feels like I am on an island and was told that the volcano on the mountain is about to explode and, guess what---no boat, canoe or raft to make a safe exodus. Help us help you!
