Mask mandates weren't just a bust. They are terribly unhealthy for us. They cause skin infection with antibiotic resistance. They cause staph infections in our organs including the heart. Deaf people couldn't read our lips and were isolated. Children didn't learn to be able to read faces.
I looked up masks on the OSHA website in spring of 2020 and it was clear that no mask normal people have access to was going to stop a virus. It made me absolutely livid when work forced us to mask to walk down the hall to the bathroom, I flat out refused to wear one in my office. I lost respect for some of our “leaders” for forcing this crime on us and our staff without doing the minimal homework that I had already done myself.
