They contend that spike is bundled up in exosomes, some of which travel to other parts of the body, but many of which are excreted from the body through exhalation, perspiration, urination, and feces. This may be responsible for the reports seen of "shedding". It is unclear what percentage of the spike your body is able to clear out with this method, especially if spike is continuing to be produced. As an analogy, this reminds me of a differential equation problem I did in college where you have a swimming pool that is being filled by a pipe at a certain rate. At the other end of the pool you have two pipes removing water from the pool at different rates. Then you have to predict the time before the pool is empty. If your body is producing spike at a certain rate, but your body is able to excrete or destroy it at a certain rate it would be nice to predict how long it would take to get to the point where you don't have any spike left. Unfortunately, there are so many variables this would be a difficult problem to solve. Especially when certain people won't even agree that there is a problem.
