I interviewed Scott Schara, who is also known as “Grace’s Dad.” He and his family lost their lovely, ebullient, formerly perfectly healthy 19-year-old daughter Grace at an Ascension Hospital after she was admitted with COVID — and an unlawful “Do Not Resuscitate” notification was placed, against her family’s will, in her records.
We have friends in our tiny Montana town whose adult son was, in their words, "murdered by the Biden administration." We've sat with them in their grief. Remdesivir and deadly hospital policies took him out.
I need justice.

I can’t read his story anymore - Scott is wonderfully unfathomable/strong - I get so angry having a Down’s syndrome sis and I just glow whenever I encounter them. Experiencing my hubs “covid” hospitalization and the restrictions and separation, 18 months later makes me still so very angry; and I can’t even relate, had he not been treated relatively speaking far better than most horror stories I read - we have made a pack - we will die in each others arms vs hospitalization separation - full stop. I live in the same town as the Shara family, and I have seen the billboards they have erected calling out Grace’s murder. Until this interview I did not realize the extent of the corruption in the local hospital. This was a very hard interview to watch. I came to tears more than once.
There's no horror like losing a child. Nor is there just compensation, but we must insist on justice. I’m not an attorney, and I don't know this law firm, so I wonder . . . “Through a civil RICO claim, a plaintiff has the right to hold a defendant (business, organization, or other enterprise) legally liable for losses caused by racketeering activity. In some circumstances, a civil RICO claim may be pursued as a class action lawsuit” (An Overview of Class Action Civil RICO Claims_turnpikelaw.com). Surely, a CDC, NIH, Pfizer, Moderna, or any hospital is a "business, organization, or other enterprise" subject to civil law under RICO statutes. No? What say the legal experts?
