I buy onguard from DoTerra essential oils and use it to make an all natural cleaning spray. (Mixed with water, rubbing alcohol and 1T dish soap) It is a mixture of cloves, wild orange, cinnamon bark, eucalyptus and rosemary. I also diffuse it during cold season! Love the inclusion of star anise! I had forgotten about that powerful herb.
Check out Swedish Tea recipe online which has cloves ginger honey cinnamon. You can throw fruit in too if you want.Great for a cough and congestion. Curiously an Indian extracted cardiologist suggested this.
