And thirdly, CDC database is suspected, with a very high degree of Certainty, to be UNDERREPORTED by a factor of 30 to 1, meaning for every reported case (before the deletions) We the People have good reason to believe that between Thirty and Sixty times the number of reported cases of Deaths and of Injuries, actually is in the hudrends of thousands, not the tens of thousands the Manager of CDC, Walensky would like us all to believe.
And Lastly, since when is even One intentional death of a vulnerable adult or child, at the hands of CDC and Federal Government, an acceptable Statistic?
So Senator Johnson, even though you are one of our valued leaders trying to right the wrongs of federal govt multitudes of injuries and deaths visited upon the American people, you are looking under the wrong stone. I respectfully call your attention to U.S. Statute enacted by Congress 18 U.S. Code § 1519 - Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in Federal investigations and bankruptcy, as follows:
"Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsifies, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both."
Perhaps as a United States Senator (and or as a U.S. Citizen in your own right filing criminal complaint in Federal District Court) you may consider a Congressional Investigation of whether Ms. Walensky, Mgr. of CDC, should be held criminally responsible and statutorily accountable by way of indictment and trial for altering public health records submited in good faith and trust by licensed medical physicians "with intent to impede and obstruct the investigation and proper administration of public health policy causing continued death and injury that would likely or certainly have been halted had an honest collection and reporting occured".
Respectfully, such investigation indictment and criminal trial is not premised on the need for those injured and survivors of those whose lives were truncated (murdered) to implement this strategy.
