All the herbs are good; I drink organic yerba mate and green tea instead of coffee, add lemon balm and peppermint, horehound and other herbs; milk or fruit juice to soften the flavor.

You can get organic sencha green tea for $20/# on Amazon and I get organic yerba mate for around $6/# so anyone can afford them more or less.

I stopped at Hawthorne Valley farm store in Harlemville, NY earlier in the week. All the prices were high retail. Nothing was really affordable. Does anyone know if they are trying to recover financially from some type of legal issues connected to the scamdemic? Waldorf schools have been on the forefront of fighting the vaccine corruption for years.

Great info about the herbs! Thank you, Naomi - the one thing though, I also used to believe in apple cider vinegar untill I learned what Ayurveda says about it - if you use it daily it destroys the teeth enamel and bones, apple cider vinegar should not be consumed daily and especially not on an emplty stomach, sharing because I had no idea about it and also used to take it every single day until I noticed my enamel disapearing!!!

For sleep? , the grace of God, for He gives His people sleep

Psalm 127:2 It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep.

For anxiety? well anxiety is the sin of unbelief for the anxious do not trust Him very much

repentance as a gift of grace where in one on one relationship He will persuade me as a loving Father to acknowledge my anxiety to repent of the unbelief it expresses,

all grace.

grace alone.

why bother with temporary fixes like herbs?

I wish you will but i am out of here
