Elon and Vivek need to establish a platform to channel federal employees who wish to speak up as whistleblowers.

And to do that now.

Elon and Vivek may wish to inform the Whistleblowers that they have a generous number of positions available to those who come forward now:

Those who are committed to making America great again, to making America healthy again, and to making the federal government transparent again.

Naomi, thank you for this interview. The picture he painted of his colleagues in total denial of the mRNA jab scam certainly mirrors my own experience with family, friends and neighbors who were so severely propagandized by the media (and by extension, bad actors in our government, corporations, etc.). It really resonated. So we keep speaking truth and try to use the social systems available to us to hold those accountable who need to be held accountable.

Please notice the "sponsored content" position under the title of the article. I'm honestly surprised the author is honest enough to admit it. I wonder if that's not something by law or Substack terms of agreement that has been enforced. There's no legitimacy here people get a grip. Do something constructive

No that is absolutely a terrible model. It's proven the best practice policy without any doubt if you have looked at the data whatsoever is #Definition #UniversalHealthcare

The only thing that is socialized is healthcare insurance. Removing private insurance from the marketplace and literally every single person in America becoming under one insurance umbrella. The provider and facility should be part of a completely free and unfettered market. The quality of care would grow exponentially and the prices being transparent would fall.

Nationalized healthcare, the model you are proposing has proven to be a disaster.

The key besides the proper policy is other sections of government doing their job. The FDA types the USDA types.

The big picture model to adopt is obviously a health and wellness architecture. Preventative in nature.

The few legitimate prescriptions from big Pharma would be a negligent percentage of the overall cost of the program. With that dynamic described, we would tell big Pharma what we're paying for different prescriptions. Not the other way around. Talk about leverage.

Here's the current dynamic versus by definition #UniversalHealthcare in United States.

Medicare and Medicaid loan are a $453 billion line item budgetary outlay. Covering only 140 million Americans. With the aforementioned model, we could cover every single person in the nation including mental optical and dental for a reasonable 300 billion line item budget outlay.

40% less double and then triple the quality of care ..... that's only a hard sell in 'Murikkka!

Your post is confusing and I believe you are confused, and are operating from a poor fund of knowledge. Although you have made some cogent points, you nonetheless seem to be advocating for socialized health care. I am a health insurance broker, and I have a bit of knowledge. Look at systems in UK, Canada, etc. Top down decision making and rationing (and notice those two countries had some of the worst Covid policies). That may be good for you, but not a lot of people. The real problem is corruption and corporatism (i.e. fascism). To paraphrase George Carlin, it's a club and you're not in it. I'm heartened by Bobby Kennedy, Jr. being the HHS cabinet nominee. To the extent that we can root out corruption, hold the malicious (and yes, brain dead) accountable, advocate for (or at least don't try to sabotage) multiple (and age-old) systems of healing, and give a TRUE free market a chance, we can manifest MAHA.

I don't give a shit about UK or Canada. Neither one of them have a universal healthcare system.

Look at Denmark, Finland, Norway Sweden on and on the ones who do. Just shut up you've already admitted quite early in the reply you have a conflict of interest here. Shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down I'm not having it. I have studied this social policy for years. I know what I'm talking about. Look at my numbers. All you need to know.

Today I received the book "The Pfizer Papers". It is the lawyers reference to sue Pfizer out of business!

I also had a health issue that was resolved this week that required a strong antibiotic. It was manufactured in India by Aurobindo. FDA has numerous inspection reports that indicate they fail to comply with GMP's. When will we demand that Americans receive their generics from American companies that follow GMP's and are not low cost producers who violate GMP"s.

Western medicine is a terrible "sickness and dying" model.

That said, vaccines and orthopedics are about the only two things we're doing it right in the big picture. All of these menu manufactures of poisonous substances they label as something you make you well are toxic. Where were you when oxy Cotton came out? Were you raising hell about the GMO introduction sometime in the 90s? What about SSRI I'm sure you were just out And your car monthly about that and toxic life ruining dynamic? What about Tylenol, it killed 300,000 people in the United states alone that have a compromised liver function.

Y'all either stupid or intentionally disingenuous. Neither one acceptable.

This is from AI. Still spinning things.

Instances of Substandard Drugs:

High-profile cases, such as Ranbaxy Laboratories and other manufacturers in India and China, have revealed lapses in GMP compliance. These include falsified data, contamination, and failure to meet safety standards. My comment. (Paid 500 million fine and is still in business)

The American Presidency Project

.

Substandard generics have occasionally led to recalls and heightened scrutiny of imported drugs.

Limited Inspections:

The FDA has faced challenges in inspecting the growing number of foreign manufacturing facilities, including resource limitations and logistical hurdles. This has created gaps in oversight, especially for facilities in countries with weaker regulatory frameworks

The American Presidency Project

Truthout

.

Supply Chain Risks:

The complex supply chains involved in generic drug production have sometimes led to contamination or adulteration issues. For example, cases of contaminated APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) have raised concerns about the purity of final products

Truthout

.

Consumer Trust:

Recurring safety issues have led to diminished trust in certain generics, prompting calls for stricter enforcement and more rigorous quality checks

Truthout

.

Ongoing and Future Efforts:

Strengthening Oversight:

The FDA has increased its presence abroad with more inspections, though challenges remain in ensuring consistent compliance across thousands of facilities

FDA

.

Reshoring Manufacturing:

To address safety and purity concerns, the U.S. government is investing in domestic pharmaceutical production, particularly for essential medications and APIs. This shift aims to reduce dependence on imports while ensuring higher regulatory control

Truthout

.

International Collaboration:

Efforts to harmonize global GMP standards and collaborate with regulatory agencies in exporting countries aim to improve the quality and safety of generic drugs

Truthout

.

Conclusion:

While the U.S. has made progress in ensuring that imported generics are safe and pure, challenges with quality control, regulatory oversight, and supply chain integrity persist. Addressing these issues will require a combination of stricter enforcement, increased domestic production, and better global collaboration.

My comment. Understaffed at the FDA! Spending their time approve new questionalbe drugs!

Improve the Food division and the Drug division won't need anywhere near the attention it should be receiving now.

There simply a rubber stamp, the FDA that is, for any corporate offering. You should see their negligence in the food sector if you think this is bad. There are a few things legitimate in the pharmacopeia world. I don't see anything legitimate in the food part of the division. it's all about business. Which doesn't produce food. Agriculture is the model that does. We are subsidizing wealthy people to create a toxic from input to product item as to move the subsidization up the chain. Ridiculous. Everything on the food side of the aisle directly major input to our personal health status. I don't see much in the current dynamic worth keeping.

#FarmToSchool breakfast and lunch and #FarmToFamily program modeled on the same highly successful architecture legislatively mandated for SNAP and WIC.

Not only would students have a huge benefit from actual healthy meals at school, the families receiving assistance the same but the over 400 billion spent on those two programs would be awarded to small farmers throughout the nation. Currently 95% of it goes directly to toxic input to product members of the Agribusiness commodities class. You know, members of the fortune 500 that are in the food sector. None of them are producing quality food that's for damn sure.

I don't know about you all, but my back hurts from carrying these bastards.
